For purchases made after 8 October, our extended policy applies allowing returns until 28 January.
We have also updated our returns policy after temporary shop closures.

- Heavy or bulky items weighing more than 15kg, or delivered by a 2-person crew
How to return
- Call us on 03456 049 049 to arrange collection from your home.
- We charge a collection fee of £29.95 if goods are unwanted, but we don't charge for the collection of damaged or faulty goods.
